Sound therapy uses a combination of healing sounds and instruments, such as Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, gong and drums; to reduce stress response, entrain and balance the brain hemispheres, relax the body and allow for emotional release. Massage works to access the tissue at deeper levels for targeting aches and pains, effective for releasing tensions in the body.
